About Us

David Skinner is President of Holiday Group, the parent company of Holiday Equity. Rick Fernandez serves as the Director, working with the hundreds of Holiday partner resorts.

While they work shoulder-to-shoulder today, their friendship, if not their competitive spirits, go back to the late 80s when they both started selling timeshare at the same time, at the same Mexican resort, but then . . . they’d shoulder the other out for the best table; hoping for a "gold ball" or a "lay-down", yet at the end of the day . . . at the end of the bar, they shared their war stories. David and Rick bring you their best of 36 years of experience in Front to Back.

Both still make Puerto Vallarta their home, and both have beautiful Mexican wives. Rick has a lovely young daughter, and David an obnoxious parrot named Mickey. And both have a special secret that they’ve agreed to share for the first time with our readers.

Here’s Rick’s Secret
Rick’s father was a well-known character actor in Hollywood appearing in many movies such as Magnificent Seven and TV series like Hawaii Five-O among many. But secretly, his father was also the voice of Cookie Monster where Rick gets his gift for gab.

Here’s David’s Secret
David claims he hails from the same city as the second richest man in America, one of the most renowned business men in the world. That would be Warren Buffet, from Omaha, Nebraska. Unfortunately, that’s as far as the coincidence goes.
